Amal Clooney
Amal Alamuddin Clooney was born in Beirut, Lebanon. She was given the Arabic name'ml amal, which translates as "hope". Her family left Lebanon at the age of two years old, during the Lebanese Civil War, and moved to Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. 10] Her father Ramzi Alamuddin, a Lebanese Druze born in the Alam al-Din dynasty, a village in Baakline in the Chouf Districtand received an MBA diploma from the American University of Beirut. When the war in Iraq ended in 1991[12]13], he returned to Lebanon. Her mother, Baria (nee Miknass), was born to a family of Sunni Muslims in Tripoli in Northern Lebanon,[14][11] and a Palestinian-Jordanian[15] mother. She worked as a journalist for the political side and editor in foreign for the Saudi-run newspaper al-Hayat. Her name is 16 and she's a founder of the public relations firm International Communication Experts, which is part of a larger company that specialises in celebrity guest bookings photographs for publicity, as well as promotions for events. Amal was the smallest of her three kids: one half-sister (Tala) along with two other siblings of her father's prior marriage. Amal went to Dr Challoner's High School in Little Chalfont Buckinghamshire before going to the university. Following her graduation in St Hugh's College in Oxford with an Exhibition Grant as well as the Shrigley Award, she studied at St Hugh's College. [19][20] In 2000, she graduated from St. Hugh's College in Oxford with the Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) in Jurisprudence. The following year, she entered New York University School of Law for an Master of Laws Degree (LL.M). She was awarded with the Jack J. Katz Memorial Award in recognition of excellence in entertainment law.
