Walker, born 1976, was born as a child in Philadelphia Pennsylvania United States of America. She is of African-American heritage and an American national. The parents of her are Harvey Welker who is Native American and Julie Welker who is African-American. Her mother works as a real estate agent while her father is an engineer. She graduated from the Germantown Friends School in the city of Germantown in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood in 1994. Following her graduation from Harvard College in 1998, she went to Harvard College and earned her bachelor of Arts. Welker is in a relationship with John Hughes a well-known marketing director at Merck in Philadelphia and has two children. The couple was spotted in 2014 to have an affair. John her husband is 4 years younger than her. They decided to take their relationship to the next level as things were progressing well. In March of 2017, the couple got married. Philadelphia Pennsylvania was the location of the wedding. Their wedding was massive in the Hyatt hotel. Only family and close friends were invited. The event was attended by about 300 guests.
